Q: Can I share my 10-class pack with someone else?A: To ensure the best results with our holistic method, sessions are personal and non-transferable.
Q: What platform do we use for the sessions?A: We primarily use Zoom or Google Meet for a seamless, high-quality video experience. You will receive the link automatically once you book your slot.
Q: Do I need to buy any textbooks?A: Not at all! All materials are included. From personalized worksheets to our exclusive Resource Bank, we provide everything you need to master the language.
Can I upgrade to a package after my first session?A: Absolutely! We encourage you to start with our First Connection & Assessment ($30 USD) to experience our holistic method. If you decide to commit to your fluency by upgrading to a 5 or 10-class pack within 48 hours of your session, we will credit your initial $30 payment toward your new package. This effectively makes your diagnostic session a welcome gift!
